Omnimesh produces, repairs and re-covers various types of metal filter elements and industrial screen elements. We work both from existing models and from new custom requests.

When a filter element is worn, damaged or no longer available, we can produce a new element or repair the existing one. We look at the construction, filter medium, mesh opening, material selection and the load within the installation.

This results in a filter element that performs reliably again within your process.

Screen decks

Screen decks are used in industrial screening installations for sorting, classification, dewatering and material separation. Depending on the application, they can be made from woven screen mesh, crimped mesh, perforated plate, wedge wire material or other metal screening media.

Filter candles

Filter candles are used for fine filtration of liquids, air, oil, water and process media. They can be made from filter mesh, perforated plate, support mesh or multiple filter layers.

Filter baskets and screen baskets

Filter baskets and screen baskets are used in piping systems, process installations, water treatment and industrial filtration. They retain coarse or fine particles and can often be cleaned and reused.

Filter discs and insert filters

Filter discs and insert filters are used where compact filtration is required in pipes, installations or process components. They can consist of one or more layers of filter mesh, optionally combined with support material such as perforated plate or coarser screen mesh.

Trommel screens and vibrating screens

Trommel screens and vibrating screens are used for sorting, classification, dewatering and material separation. We repair, re-tension and produce screen elements for a wide range of industrial screening installations.

Conical filters

Conical filters are used where flow, available space or mounting method requires a specific filter shape. They can be made from screen mesh, filter mesh or perforated plate.

Sieve bends and special shapes

For pellet production, process installations and non-standard machines, we produce sieve bends and special filter shapes to size. We take into account flow capacity, wear resistance and cleanability.

Wedge wire screens

Wedge wire screens are used for filtration, dewatering, separation and classification where a precise slot opening is important. Their fixed slot structure provides controlled flow and high mechanical stability.
