Tensioned screen cloths and screen panels are used in industrial screening machines to sort, classify, dewater or separate materials by particle size. The correct screen panel directly determines the capacity, separation accuracy, service life and reliability of the screening process.

Screen panels designed for capacity, wear resistance and accurate separation
A good screen panel must withstand impact, wear, vibration and continuous load. At the same time, it must separate the required fraction accurately and maintain enough open screening area to support the capacity of the machine.
That is why we do not only look at the mesh opening. We also consider the wire thickness, opening shape, material choice, tensioning direction, hook type, edge finish, machine load and the risk of blinding or clogging.
What is a screen deck or tensioned screen cloth?
A screen deck is the active screening surface inside a screening machine. The material to be screened moves over the deck, while smaller particles pass through the openings and larger particles are carried further along the screen.
Screen panels can be made from woven wire mesh, welded wire mesh, flat top screen mesh, slotted mesh, piano wire, self-cleaning mesh, perforated plate or other metal screening media.

Which types of screen panels do we supply?


Double crimped screen cloth
Double crimped screen panels are robust woven screen panels in which the pre-crimped wires lock firmly into each other. This keeps the mesh openings stable and allows the screen panel to perform reliably under vibration, impact and industrial material separation.


Intermediate crimped screen cloth
Intermediate crimped screen panels have additional crimps between the wire intersections. This improves the locking of light to medium-heavy wires, keeps the mesh opening stable and gives the screen panel more rigidity and dimensional stability in industrial screening processes.


Flat top screen cloth
Flat top screen panels have a flat upper surface, with the wire crossings positioned below the running surface. This allows material to move more smoothly over the screen panel, distributes wear more evenly and increases service life in coarse and medium-duty screening processes.


Lock crimped screen cloth
Lock crimped screen panels have tightly locked wire crossings. This keeps the mesh openings very stable and makes this type of screen panel particularly suitable for heavy vibration, impact loading and accurate industrial classification.


Welded wire screen panel
Welded wire screen panels have fixed welded joints at every wire intersection. This creates a strong, stable and dimensionally accurate screening structure for coarse fractions, heavy loads and industrial applications where dimensional stability and wear resistance are essential.
